Artists Bay is a free directory of grants, residencies, fellowships, open calls, and other opportunities for artists. We aggregate publicly available information and accept submissions from organizations. We are an informational resource, not a grant-making organization.
We do our best to keep listings accurate and up-to-date, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every detail. Deadlines, award amounts, eligibility requirements, and other details may change without our knowledge. Always verify information directly with the sponsoring organization before applying. Artists Bay is not responsible for errors in listing information.
You may create a free account to save grants, set alert preferences, and claim giveaway entries. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Organizations may submit opportunities for listing on Artists Bay via our public form. By submitting, you represent that you have authority to list the opportunity and that all information provided is accurate. Submissions are subject to review and may be approved, rejected, or edited at our discretion. We do not guarantee listing of any submitted opportunity.
Organizations may donate the cost of one entry fee (as cash or free entry waivers) to receive a featured listing. Featured listings receive priority placement and additional promotion. Donations are non-refundable. Featured status duration is at our discretion and is typically tied to the opportunity's deadline.
Free entry giveaways are provided by sponsoring organizations, not by Artists Bay. We facilitate the distribution but are not responsible for honoring the entries — that obligation lies with the sponsoring organization. Entries are first-come, first-served, limited to one per artist per giveaway, and subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that every claimed entry will be honored by the sponsoring organization.
Grant descriptions, organization information, and other listing content may be sourced from public information or submitted by organizations. If you believe content on Artists Bay infringes your copyright, please contact us at info@cweird.com and we will address it promptly.
You may not: scrape or bulk-download our database for commercial purposes, create fake accounts to claim multiple giveaway entries, submit fraudulent or misleading opportunity listings, use the site for any illegal purpose, or attempt to access admin or other users' accounts.
Artists Bay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to: missed deadlines, inaccurate listing information, failed applications, or undelivered giveaway entries. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which, for most users, is $0).
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
